Former university student leader and now Embakasi East Member of Parliament Paul Ongili popularly known as Babu Owino was last night marooned within parliament buildings for fear of arrest.
Babu was deliberately refused for leave the precincts of Parliament after being made aware that at least six vehicles full of DCI detectives were stationed outside parliament.
The dreaded sleuths were suspected to be waiting on NASA MPs who are in the top ten arrest hitlist that followed the public inauguration of Raila Odinga as the People’s President on 30th January.
Babu also has several other on-going cases and new ones over remarks he allegedly made during National Super Alliance (NASA) rally in Baba Dogo, Nairobi on Sunday.
